Anna Ramsair not only works as an artist but provides also various types of training in organizational change, neighbourhood participation and team-building. She has developed her own unique way of working which combines the experience and skills gained as a visual artist and an art teacher with her knowledge of urban and cultural sociology. As a result, she can offer a fresh new look at tapping the human potential within organizations in order to achieve better teamwork and closer commitment to the goals of the organization.
Her vision can be summed up as follows: organizations come in all shapes and sizes – neighbourhoods, companies and families. Within an organization, the emphasis is generally placed on people’s responsibilities. But if their insight and capabilities are also brought into play, a basis can be created which makes transformation possible. At both organizational and individual levels.
